When Konstantine Giotis founded the DHI Medical Group in 1970, the number of clinics that specialized in the treatment of alopecia and hair loss could be counted on one hand.
Today there are tens of thousands of clinics and the number is growing by the hundreds every year. Many of these clinics have a short life span and fail for various reasons.
Excellence is difficult to maintain. At DHI Medical Group we have survived the test of time, while growing larger and stronger. We have a worldwide reputation second to none. This is inspired by our vision, mission and values.

Founded the One and Only Hair Restoration Training Academy
DHI Global Medical Group recognized the necessity for a full time training institute that would train doctors and medical staff in hair restoration procedures. This institute did not exist until DHI Global Medical Group founded London Hair Restoration Training Academy.
Since 2003, over 150 doctors and nurses have been trained and certified by DHI Academy.
Additionally, DHI Global Medical Group has established partnerships with public European Universities and actively contributes to courses.
Quality Standardization
DHI Global Medical Group established, for the first time in hair restoration, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which apply to all processes and at all levels, in order to guarantee safety, quality and great results every time.
At every DHI clinic, each doctor and member of the staff follows these protocols, and additionally in extraordinary cases the scientific board advice.
