Hair Transplant during COVID-19: At DHI Panama we are excited to announce that we have already restarted our regular operations, attending consults and carrying out procedures; after almost 2 months of confinement. As a responsible business we are following the strict guidelines established by the Ministry of Health of Panama and the recommendations made by the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) , to protect the health of each person who enters the DHI Panama clinic, of possible infections by COVID -19.

It is important that we can follow the government’s recommendations to the letter, regarding the new normal so that we can return to our routine safely.

Pay attention to your health: Do not read information that is not endorsed by health authorities, stay well informed about the real symptoms and signs of possible contagion, what to do and where to go in case of infection and how to protect the ones thar surrounds you.
Follow the sanitary recommendations: Follow the instructions given by the government, stay at home if possible, keep a safe distance from others, wash your hands constantly and prioritize the use of a mask.
Attend business and clinics that follow strict security protocols.

Safety protocols of DHI Panama and hair transplantation during COVID-19

Each patient must wear their mask when entering the clinic. This is not optional, in addition to being required by law, it reduces the chances for others to get infected.
Immediately a person enters our facilities must, in the first instance, wash their hands. We remind you that one of the main forms of contagion is through contact with infected surfaces. Our priority is to take care of you!
Our facility cleaning protocols have always been impeccable, but as a result of the situation, they are now much more rigorous. Every hour the surfaces are cleaned and the alcohol gel dispensers are 70%.
Each patient is free to use the alcohol gel dispensers as many times as necessary.
It is important to remember that all equipment and tools used during hair transplant procedures are sterilized.
Our procedure rooms meet all clinical cleaning and sterilization standards.
DHI Panama has always used waste disposal methods with hospital standards.
The temperature and health of our staff is rigorously monitored on a daily basis.
